Item worked as described, but had little affect on my 9 month old, very high energy pit bull/lab mix. I had hoped it would help prevent his jumping and pulling, but it was ignored after an initial reaction to the sound.

This product does not work, do not buy....DANGER!!!! product claimes to ward off approaching dogs,this product does not work.

I purchased it because my cat was continually crying. It has helped greatly and he now stops as soon as the button is pushed.

Does not work at all on our dog. He sort tilted his head once and that was it. He continued to ignore it. Don't buy it, save your money.

I thought this would be one more thing I would be wasting my money on, but after reading the reviews i decided to give it a try. I kept waiting for my dogs to bark and when they didnt the first 3 hours I went to my daughter's house who has 2 Brittanys...The one came staight for me and went to jump and I held it out and said no, you should have seen the startled look she gave as she sat immediately. My daughter said "I want one of those" lol. Later in the evening I had use for it for my Yorkie and Maltese that bark at everyone that goes by. The maltese stopped and turned immediately while the Yorkie who's hearing is starting to go did stop but it wasnt as marked as with the maltese. By the third day they didn't even pay attention to anyone going by. But alas I can't find my petzoom and it took 2 days for them to realize that I wasnt using it and they went back to their old ways...If I don't find it soon I WILL buy another. I've even checked out the dogs bed, thinking they may have been smart enough to dump it themselves, but so far no luck...Finally a product that does what it says!!
